Teaching Room Facilities manages the provision of audio-visual facilities in centrally-booked teaching rooms.
Audio-visual bookings should be made 5 working days in advance.
Audio Visual office locations
Mile End: Room G.15, Francis Bancroft Building.
Whitechapel: Room G24, Garrod Building.
West Smithfield: Room 125, Robin Brook Centre, Bart's Hospital.
Charterhouse Square: Room G03, Joseph Rotblat Building.
Opening times
Audio Visual offices are open from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Training
Training sessions are available upon request.
